Our mission is to provide the HIGHEST quality service at the BEST price. We are not like other recruiting firms or staffing agencies. We specialize in recruiting staff strictly for medical practices. We take pride in a highly selective process through which we present only the most qualified candidates for your review.

We offer a simple and affordable fee structure. Most recruiting firms charge 20+% of the first year’s salary or, if a temporary agency, they may charge you 150% – 180% of the position’s typical hourly rate. We don’t do any of this – we charge a nominal, flat fee payable after the candidate has been successfully employed for four weeks. We guarantee you will not find a more cost-effective or higher quality recruitment solution.
