Our Experience

Since 2011, Lange Recruiting has been assisting medical practices with all their staffing needs, placing hundreds of staff every year. We work only with physicians and their practices helping them find the best, most reliable and dedicated candidates for their open positions. Since our recruiters have backgrounds working with practices and in healthcare facilities, we have directly performed or worked alongside the very positions for which we recruit. Thus, we have a personal understanding of the challenges associated with each open position and the skills required to successfully fulfill them.
